PANAJI: With the recent increase in crimes, comedian Ambe's tiatr 'Chedvam Tim, Gadvam Nhoi' focuses on the violence against women and measures that can be taken to prevent these barbaric acts in society.
The unexpected death of his spouse forces Marcus (Trinidade), a private firm employee to raise his two daughters Lisa (Nancy Gomes) and Edlyn (Edlyn) singlehandedly.
1x1 polls
His eldest, Lisa is quite carefree in her dressing style while her younger sister Edlyn, dresses more conservatively .
With the increase in atrocities against women, Marcus fears for his eldest daughter's safety and warns her to change her dressing habits, to no avail.
One unfortunate day, when Lisa enjoys the company of her fiance Mark (Caziton de Cacoda), goons appear on the scene and attack Mark and Lisa.
For outraging the modesty of Lisa, will the culprits be booked? Will Lisa receive justice? Who volunteers to assist her? What is the hapless girl's fate? Who takes up the challenge and fight for Lisa?
Pascoal Rodrigues and Dacia as the elder brother of Mark and social activist respectively, have played their characters well. Nancy Gomes and Trinidade have projected themselves as a care-free girl and the suffering father. Ronny as PI Baburao Chirmule wins the hearts of the audience with his thought-provoking dialogues. Piety de Uguem and Elfio Fernandes along with the rest of the members provide good music to the songs, besides the background music.
